We were at a room for 2 people and it was cozy and comfortable. The staff is fantastic, very helpful and charming people. Plus, you can go to the spa on the bottom floor for free and its great!

We like the environment and area very much! It was quiet & cozy! Those who complained about the river sound wasn’t a problem for us, in fact we really enjoyed it! Somehow the river sound soothes our tiredness of the day! The staff is very friendly and nice! Due to traffic jam at the custom, we only checked in at midnight and really sorry about it but he still welcome us with good smile! Plus point, it is very close cable car for those who want to ski during winter!
