The apartment was as described and was clean and comfortable in a good location. It was well equipped with everything needed for a self-catering break. I enjoyed my short stay at the property, which was good value for money.

Self catering arrangement. For a small property it was very well appointed. Owner met us and made sure we could access the lock box. It was perfect as we were in Kirriemuir for a festival which was just up the road. Didn't need to use most of the facilities as we were out for much of the time.

Quiet location within a hour's travel time to Dundee or Perth if you want to travel into city. I was in a nice room with quaint features, but everything you need for a peaceful space. The facilities are self catering however the hosts supply a continental type breakfast along with with fresh milk for your cereal if you want which was a nice way to start the day before going out for a day of being a tourist. I travelled alone and felt safe within the premises.

Central location, right in the city centre. Great self-catering facilities. Laid-back atmosphere. The staff replied to queries very quickly esp. when I was travelling by bus and going to be late.

We did not have breakfast as self catering. The caravan however was modern and well equipped. Clean and located near the putting green set up for the children. Really nice outlook

I liked the quality of furniture, nice decor very welcoming. Everything you need for self catering is in place. I would be happy to stay here again in the future. I think if the owner can include a complimentary toothpaste and toothbrush then this would be fully complete apartment.

bus stop right outside, goes thru town to Broughty Ferry etc, private carpark back, free pkg also at front, beautiful spacious well-appointed self-catering rooms, fantastic view from riverside room. Easily walkable or bus to nearest great Mexican restaurant, Más & cafes. bus passes art exhibitions, etc
