The property was clean, stocked with basic necessities and the location is better than what is in the listing description. Views are tremendous. We had a separate kitchenette area which had lots of facilities. We asked for a late check out and we were allowed to keep the room for a little extra time. The staff were very friendly at reception. I used the pool quite early in the morning and it’s a good size for doing lengths.

The amenities on the 11th floor are fantastic. An infinity pool, a couple smaller pools for families, a cork running track, great fitness facility with cardio machines, cable systems and free weights, sauna, steam rooms, and various places to relax or work (good wifi in most parts of the area for digital nomads). The room was comfortable, with excellent AC and good security. Self check-in was easy. Support from staff (via WhatsApp) was prompt and responsive. For our purpose (to check out the street food scene in Jelutong) the location was great. We were 600 metres from the vibrant market and hawker streets.
