Just a minutes’ walk from the golden sands of Pauanui Beach, Ocean Breeze Resort boasts a seasonal outdoor pool and a steamy hot tub. All self-contained apartments feature a balcony or patio with pool views. Very nice stay. I don’t think there was one thing the apartment didn’t have! Hosts were lovely and very helpful indeed. Very close to the beach for nice walk. There isn’t too much in town (if you don’t get your food by 8pm you’re not eating anything) but the apartment had a great BBQ so the best thing to do is bring your food and drink and cook it there. We did that and it was great. Would definitely go back again!

Waterfront Apartments Whitianga has commanding sea views for all apartments and is located opposite Buffalo Beach. It is a 2-minute walk from the town centre and guests have private entrance to The Lost Spring geothermal pools. Additionally, the property offers discounts at select local restaurants and activities.

Each apartment has a kitchenette. Some have a fully equipped kitchen. Wow what a great property the best of our trip so far and I can’t see any property being better. Check in was nice and smooth with some great recommendations, the apartment was huge with everything you could ever think of wanting and more.

Some apartments are located in the central Coromandel Township, some at Beach Side and some at Harbour View. Free parking and free WiFi access are provided. We loved this self contained little house with all of the amenities we needed for a great stay in the Coromandel Peninsula, and we loved the town of Coromandel. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it for a couple, perhaps even with kids since there is also a pull out sofa bed. Great value as well!

All apartments include a flat-screen TV. Each apartment has a microwave and refrigerator. Stunning location right across from the beach. Host was incredibly friendly and attentive to us. Felt like we were part of the family by the time that we left. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone
