Just a minutes’ walk from the golden sands of Pauanui Beach, Ocean Breeze Resort boasts a seasonal outdoor pool and a steamy hot tub. All self-contained apartments feature a balcony or patio with pool views. Very nice stay. I don’t think there was one thing the apartment didn’t have! Hosts were lovely and very helpful indeed. Very close to the beach for nice walk. There isn’t too much in town (if you don’t get your food by 8pm you’re not eating anything) but the apartment had a great BBQ so the best thing to do is bring your food and drink and cook it there. We did that and it was great. Would definitely go back again!

Waterfront Apartments Whitianga has commanding sea views for all apartments and is located opposite Buffalo Beach. It is a 2-minute walk from the town centre and guests have private entrance to The Lost Spring geothermal pools. Additionally, the property offers discounts at select local restaurants and activities.

Each apartment has a kitchenette. Some have a fully equipped kitchen. Wow what a great property the best of our trip so far and I can’t see any property being better. Check in was nice and smooth with some great recommendations, the apartment was huge with everything you could ever think of wanting and more.

Some apartments are located in the central Coromandel Township, some at Beach Side and some at Harbour View. Free parking and free WiFi access are provided. We had such a lovely stay! The views and location were amazing. Had everything we needed. Will definitely come back!

Situated on a picturesque rose garden, Phoenix Thermal Resort - Taupo is 2 minutes' walk from Lake Taupo and 20 minutes' walk from Taupo City Centre. It is 2.7 km from Taupo Airport.

Most rooms at Phoenix Thermal Resort - Taupo has a private thermal hot tub (except for the 3-bedroom apartment), which can fit 4 to 6 people. Most units have a fully equipped kitchen fitted with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and kitchen utensils. There are free satellite channels, free WiFi and free parking. Some units have a balcony with lake views. The rose garden in the center yard was in full bloom, and the owner even cut me a bouquet. This is an older lodging but has everything you need,is totally clean, and is right across the street from an entrance to the lakeside path. The thermal tub is not fancy, but it does the job. Value for the price and location are very good

Each air-conditioned apartment has a kitchenette with a microwave and stovetop. The seating area has a flat-screen TV. The location was great with an amazing view of the lake and just what my wife and I needed on our honeymoon. It was great as a jumping off point to visit the surrounding areas like Lake Taupo itself and Tongariro National Park as we visited various Lord of the Rings filming locations surrounding and on the volcanoes. The room was clean and very spacious, with one of the largest bathrooms in our three week's staying all across New Zealand.

Esplanade Apartments Whitianga are located 250 metres from the heart of the town centre. The complex features a swimming pool and a spa pool. Position and amazing views from apartment 116. Secure under ground FREE parking. Ferry across the road taking you to Flaxmill bay and eggcentric cafe, which serves the Worlds best carrot cake. Terry and Debra were the best hosts we have experienced in our time here in New Zealand. Definitely would look to go back for another stay.

All apartments include a flat-screen TV. Each apartment has a microwave and refrigerator. Stunning location right across from the beach. Host was incredibly friendly and attentive to us. Felt like we were part of the family by the time that we left. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone
