A lovely property in all respects - very clean and comfortable, excellent self-catering facilities, very clean and comfortable Queen bed, crisp sheets and comfy pillows, convenient parking on site, great location, and a very welcoming and helpful host who provided fresh milk on arrival. This is a decent motel just on the edge of Fox Glacier Town about 6 kms from Lake Matheson on the road to the Glacier Viewpoint and as a result its location suited us fine. It's handy for the town but we were self catering. There's just enough in the kitchenette to do this successfully but there's only 2 of everything. The room was comfortable, the bathroom adequate - what you'd expect in a standard motel though there were some good quality toiletries to make a bit of a difference. Staff were helpful.
