With doorman/ security guard at front and back entrances. 2) Location is central and safe. Surrounded by many malls and you feel safe walking around at night. People are always around, including walking underpasses. 3) Facilities. The gym is available 24/7. There's someone manning the counter at all times. The pool is also large enough to swim laps. 4) Short walk to both weekend markets. Salcedo Weekend Market (Saturday) and Legazpi Sunday Market. 5) Great service overall. They have turn-down service every night. Also, amenities are well maintained and clean. 6) Breakfast spread is equivalent to paid quality buffet outside.

This aparthotel is non-smoking and soundproof. The host was super kind about answering all my questions and always getting back to me quickly! Also, the cohost who showed us the place was a delight (really enjoyed his singing and positive demeanour!). The AC worked super well, shower had good pressure and lots of hot water, the tv was great and it was super easy to get there from the airport even though we didn’t arrive at terminal 3, getting a grab car there was seamless :)

Amenities were clean, staff and guards were helpful, view of Ayala Ave and Makati was great and the best part was having a SM Supermarket downstairs to grab last minute groceries especially if you have a little one or were just feeling especially snackish. The place was also equipped with an oven, another foldout lounge (for an extra bed if need be), a vacuum and a tv for all those days you just want to stay in and chill. 10/10 would look into booking this place again for our next stay!

Communication with Nechelle before and during the trip was exceptional. I landed at 4:30am and I could check in already at 10:30am (instead 2:30pm). The apartment is very well designed with a small kitchen (stove, microwave, fridge), TV, clean bathroom and a super comfy bed. I slept sooo good. TV offers Netflix. Around the building are some shops, starbucks and fast food chains.
