Situated in the centre of Sagres, this hotel offers self-catering apartments with balconies 500 metres from the Atlantic Coast. From the moment we walked it the staff were incredibly helpful and nice. Showed us around Segras with a map and recommended places to visit and eat. The apartment was way more then we expected. Bed was hard but the staff at check in offered to add a mattress topper if we preferred. In suite laundry was a plus and the unit had a well equipped kitchen if you wanted to eat in. Lovely balconys were an added bonus. We enjoyed a drink on the balcony overlooking the pool area. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed some down time there.

Just 100 metres from Alvor’s beach, Wyndham Residences Alvor Beach offers air-conditioned rooms and studios with a kitchenette all with a furnished balcony. It features an outdoor pool with a terrace.... Excellent hotel, stunning view of the beach from the balcony. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend. Great for watching the sunset. Next time I’m in Portugal I will stay here.

The hotel was amazing we were upgraded to one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. The reception staff were so welcoming they exceeded our expectations provided beach towels and booked a boat trip for us upon request. The location could not be more central I would definitely recommend a visit.

Overall, excellent accommodations. In the heart of Faro's old town, Cardeal is in walking distance to most attractions. The premises are safe, secure, and has all the amenities you need. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional.

Location was good with food all around, breakfast across the street, and the pier a short 150m walk away. The hotel fronts a busy street with loads of activity. Staff was great. Barbara at front desk was cheerful and cheeky but always helpful and provided good info. The Italian restaurant downstairs (Kisa) was good. Room or suite was large and spacious.
