The unit had great air conditioning on every room. They stocked the fridge with water, juice and baked bread. The manager was very helpful and made us feel welcomed. would definitely stay here again!

The welcoming at Casa da Galeria is comforting , the staff highly professional. We had an early check in that we really appreciated. The property is new , clean and very well maintained. The design is kind of minimalist and so nice.

A dishwasher, an oven and microwave are also available, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the aparthotel, each unit is fitted with bed linen and towels. The staff is wonderful. First, they helped us book a rental car after our plans fell through even though we were unable to find any available cars on the island. Also, our luggage was left behind by the airline and then delivered to the hotel after we had already left. Ana works reception at the hotel and called me to let me know so I could work with the airline to get it picked up and sent to our current island. Then Ana also called us when the bags were picked up. This was imperative because the airline made no attempt to let us know they had our bags. Ana told me the flight time from Pico to the island we were on and so we stopped by the airport and found our bags. They were separated away from the bags being delivered that day and had not been entered into the system. It took 5 days to get our bags and it would have been longer if not for Ana. We are so grateful for everyone there. Also the room was spacious with a great view.

The aparthotel features family rooms as well as facilities for disabled guests. I like the idea that we all were able to enjoy breakfast in our room overlooking the ocean. They give you a variety of cereal, milk, ham, and cheese. The apartment was clean and spotless and the location five minutes from the Marina was fantastic. We ate there for dinner and the service and food were phenomenal. I would recommend Lofts Azul Pastel to anyone who may be looking to come to Horta- Fial for a visit. The airport is 7 km from PIX Apartments and the boat terminal, with connections to Faial and São Jorge islands, is a few steps from the apartments. Lovely apartment, two bedrooms and 2 good sized bathrooms, had everything you need. Very good value compared to other accomodation on the island.

Lodge also includes an outdoor pool and pool towels are provided. Great quiet location. You can hear the ocean right in front of huge windows. We loved the bed facing the windows and seeing the ocean from it. Everything was clean. Kitchen was sufficient. Friendly staff helped us more than once. Cool walking path along the cliff.
