There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel has family rooms. Everything about this apartment was amazing. I can’t recommend it enough. The setting is beyond spectacular, well worth the extra drive from Funchal. The village is quaint and friendly, with a food market just up the street and beautiful trails nearby. The apartment is large, yet still cozy, and well maintained. And the hosts are wonderful. I can’t say enough about this apartment. It exceeded my expectations in every way. I’m hoping to be back as soon as possible.

Overlooking the lush Municipal Garden, the Wine Lodges offers apartments in Funchal city centre. Apartments were renovated keeping the original layout of the building and adding modern comforts as free High Speed Internet access. Apartment was perfect, good equipment, with small surpise with Porto wine and personal card with informations. Servis was helpful. We used pre check-in, and transport to airport. Everywhere it was short walk. We would like to repeat it.
