All units at the aparthotel come with air conditioning, a seating area, a flat-screen TV with streaming services, a kitchen, a dining area, a safety deposit box and a private bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer and free toiletries. A microwave, a toaster and fridge are also offered, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. At the aparthotel, units are equipped with bed linen and towels. Everything. Nicole is the owner and is super friendly and approachable. She made our stay much better. The property faces the sea and there’s Fond Ferdinand 15 min walk away (uphill) or 5 min if you’re driving. We ordered dinner and breakfast and the food was just amazing. The staff is very friendly also. Special thanks to Nicole for preparing a birthday cake on a last notice the night before. It’s touching to meet such great people. My next stay in Seychelles will be at sea splash for sure.

The location is superb, directly on one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The Audrey family are the kindest hosts I've ever met, always attentive to details and the comfort of their guests. Set in Anse Possession and only 700 metres from Anse Madge Beach, VincVilla offers accommodation with garden views, free WiFi and free private parking. There is a private entrance at the aparthotel for the convenience of those who stay. The aparthotel has family rooms. Great and peaceful location, only 3min drive from ferry port. The hosts are very nice and friendly. Place is very big, clean, everything is brand new. Outside there is a big garden with a grill, where you can spend your time in the evening. If you’ll come with a little baby, they will provide a cot as well.

Location of the property was good… it was very close to Anse lazio beach and various super markets. Since this was a self catering 1 bhk bungalow had a beautiful garden and all amenities like fridge, cookware, cutlery, washing machine etc. the staff was good and helpful.

We enjoyed staying at stone self catering Apartment. Mr.Antonio and team did a lovely job welcoming us to the apartment and making sure our stay was comfortable. Very close to the airport. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and aircon worked well.Highly recommended staying here.

Large, clean and comfortable self catering apartment. Exceptionally good staff who were friendly, efficient and welcoming. Close to airport and beach (though the beach had a lot of seaweed - other fantastic beaches are less than an hour drive). Mini market and restaurant within 5 minutes walk. Would highly recommend the apartment.

Our stay at Treasure Island Retreat was very comfortable and amazing. Karen and Janet are very sweet and helpful. The stay is at a very beautiful location, right next to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped to handle a lot of cooking, which is helpful since it's a self catering unit. The stay has good space for car parking too. Supermarkets are close by, along with good takeaway spots too. Would love to come back here!

The accommodation was nice and clean. The kitchen had most of the items you would need in self catering. The view was beautiful, we loved to have our morning coffee whilst enjoying the view! There is a long strech of the beach, great for a walk with scenery! The owner is very friendly and regularly checked in to ensure we were all ok.

The hotel is close to stores and Grand Anse Beach. In June, there's a lot of seaweed on the beach, so not ideal for swimming but a good base to visit other places in Praslin. Price was affordable as well. I appreciated the self catering amenities and the spacious room.
