Brand new, beautiful place: - large, bright room - beautiful design, new furniture - very comfy big bed - equipment kitchen - very friendly staff, always in touch and helped with any question ( also fixes very fast issue with shower ) - TV with YouTube and Netflix ) - strong and stable Wi-Fi - nice terrace, where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee, or enjoy nature sounds in the evening - great location - close to the beach, but a bit away from all the noise and crowd. and it's very quiet at night - they left for you some small things, which make your time even more comfortable: ( like an umbrella, diffusers sticks etc )

This place is amazing! We stayed here as group of four, and it is a wow property. Just like the pictures. Phil, our host, was terrific and couldn’t have been more helpful. The property had a fabulous pool area and is near a lovely quiet beach. If you are happy to get a bike to do some exploring this place is a terrific option.

Really enjoyed my stay at Aussieland, Mo, and Jeff are the nicest people and always there to assist you. The staff are all so courteous and discreet.  The bungalow was fantastic, safe, secure, clean, well designed, fully equipped with air-conditioning, fans, kitchenette, and seating area inside and lovely area to relax outside. Surrounded by water and beautiful plants , it creates a real sense of peacefulness away from the bustling town of Lamai. It perfectly suited my needs.  It also has a fully cosy bar and plunge pool too. Situated 5 mins walk from shops, restaurants and about 10min walk to the beach.  Great place to stay for solo travellers, family, and couples alike.

It was really nice stay in this facility. I can recommend it. We´ve chosen 2 bedrooms appartment for 2 persons. It was good choice as smaller appartments seemed me much smaller and not so comfortable. 2 bedrooms appartment is gorgeous with huge terrace. It´s short walk on Silver beach as well as longer walk to Lamai. Some nice restaurants are just across the road. By the way nobody asked us for some extra charge for power or water. Rate booked here was final rate.

Excellent, high class finishes and immaculately presented. Well positioned with every amenity either within walking distance or a short drive away. Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. The stuff is super nice 🤗 I was in privat room and had everything I need (big bed, hot water in shower, AC, frige, cean towells every few days, botteled water). Only think that is kinda tricky is the traffic (but only if you are sensitive and your room is facing main street - but i don't have problems with that so my stay was great!) I meet many nice ppl at that place so that gives a bit more to my experience.
