Perfect location, good value for money. The flat is equipped with all necessary stuff. Overall its a classic soviet style flat, the mattresses are filled with wool, might not be very comfortable for inexperienced. The location is very central and hosts are lovely.

Recommend this apartment for everyone who wants to home coziness and all needed supplies for a stay in this wonderful town Jermuk. All the people in this city including the owner of this apartment are very friendly and kind. Perfect location, nice and clean apartment with comfortable beds, all needed supplies for kitchen and bathroom, quiet neighborhood, amazingly friendly and helpful owner. Really recommend!

The apartment had everything we need. It's very cozy and convenient. There is a bedroom with a big bed and a living room with a single bed and sofa so technically 4 people can sleep in this place. It was very very clean and pleasant. Water in the shower had a good pressure and was hot. The location and neighborhood is nice too. There is a small grocery store near by so you can get some snacks. The owners were very responsive and we checked in with no problems

Everything is OK. Very concise, absolute airbnb-style. We drove up, immediately received the keys. Everything is there inside, clean, teapot, hot water, good beds, etc., TV with Neflix included :)

the apartment is different from the posted in booking.com but somehow we like it more because it has two bedrooms instead of one. Vahe who assisted us in Jermuk was the best one. He made sure that we’re good and happy. thanks Vahe!
