The properties own wine cellar is stocked with rare Styrian wine specialties.

Location is perfect, 250meters from the slope or bakery. The appartment is well equipped, especially kitchen. Living room with a huge table is perfect for playing board games or have a dinner together, suitable for a group of friends. The owner is very kind and helpful, explained everything during a phone call before our arrival. Can fully recommend it.

For skiing in Schladming area it is really very great place...max 5 min to first ski slope. Apartment was clean and very nice furniture. Also beds/mattresses were very comfortable! In a kitchen we can find whatever we wont (coffee machine, dish machine, many plates, toaster, new pans, sharp knives, etc...). Communication with owner was very friendly and fast. I can strongly recommend to visit and also it will be our first choice in case Schladming visit next time :)

    Great Location. Middle of the village 100m from bus stop Many restaurants and Kegelbahn (bowling) in the direct vicinity. Very sympathetic landlord.     Everything was perfect! The breakfast was really great and the hostess is super sweet. It’s good to know that she doesn’t really speak English, so you either need to know German, or use Google translate. The beds are comfortable and the whole apartment was clean
