    great communication with Karen rentals throughout and as we were arriving late, the online customer lounge made checkin very easy. great information on there too. great apartment and very well furnished and equipment. great location for many ski lifts and the bus stops right outside so convenient. lots of restaurants within a 5/10 minute walk, including one next door.

    The apartment is a beautiful, well equipped, high quality, spacious and modern apartment, in a silent neighbourhood. Of course silence is always relative to everyone. By car it's a couple of mins from the gorgeous hills of Kaprun. Supermarket is also within 2 minutes by car. The bed was very good for me, not too soft, not too hard.     Location was superb. They're quite modern apartments and we liked the fact you could have three double bedrooms in one apartment. WiFi was decent and we had a little balcony which was nice to sit on after a long day skiing.
