Very nice, tidy appartment with two bathrooms. Great view on the Gail river and mountains. Very silent surrounding - You hear only river:). Place to dry skiing equipment. Kitchen with everything You need (except dishwasher). Good heating. 24 km to Nassfeld ski arena, approx. 25-30 minutes by car in the morning - no problems. Nearby Billa and Spar groceries. Very kind owners with good contact.

Amazing view from all the windows, lots of animals to pet (cows, chickens, friendly dog, cats) and the apartment is quite big but still cozy. Everything is very comfortable! The kitchen is huge, one of the rooms has a balcony. Bathroom and toilet are separate. There's also a yard and playground for kids!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ein Traum. Man ist zentral aber trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen an der Gail. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

We were traveling primarily because of skiing (Nassfeld, Kals Matrei), and Kötschach was a good place to reach Lienz and Hermagor. Sabine was very nice host, we felt like at home. She recommended us pools for swimming, close to the apartment, and they were good for relax after skiing.

Good and fast communication with the host. Detailed instructions were sent to arrive late at night. Easy to find. Good location in the city, beautiful surroundings. Convenient parking in front of the apartments. There is no A/C, but with the windows open at night it was OK. There was waste sorting. Great morning coffee and delicious breakfast.
