The newly renovated apartments feature a completely furnished kitchen. Bed linen, towels and bathing towels are provided. Baby cots and a high chair are available on request. In the morning, fresh bread rolls are served on request.

The apartment is closer to the market and it is at perfect place. i have enjoyed the mountain views from the window. We have booked for a smaller room , but the host granted the nice big room and also guided us all the sight seeing places. perfect place for sking. those who dont do ski see can enjoy the scenic places and kids and families can enjoy with ice sledge boards which are available for rental at hochalembahnen

We can only recommend the apartments. We found it by chance on booking.com and don't understand how it could be vacant - it is perfect, spacious, luxurious, in a wonderful location in Rauris that is not as touristy as others, making it a quiet place for a family holiday. The apartments are in their first summer season this year, after their first winter season. We didn't find a single fault with the apartments. Everything was perfectly prepared for our arrival, including courtesy from the owners (homemade marmalade and bread). About the apartment facilities: The kitchen is really well equipped (all dishes, cutlery, different types of glasses, but also hand whisk, oven, dishwasher, two coffee machines - one for capsules, the other for drip coffee), toaster, kettle. The whole apartment is in a beautiful simple and modern style, everything is absolutely functional. There is also a sauna, which you will enjoy especially on cold or winter days. From the bedrooms on the ground floor you can go straight to the small garden or sit on the armchairs; from the main, living area of the apartment you have access to the seating on the balcony. The hosts are very nice, helpful, communicated with us via whatsup immediately after booking and were in touch throughout our stay (when we needed to know anything). If you want, they will also give you tips on excursions, program and restaurants in the area. So on behalf of our family - full points and higly recommended. We know we will come back here again.

    Schönes Feriendorf, sehr gute Lage zum Skifahren. Gasteinertal auch schnell erreichbar. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Das Hallenbad war sehr schön.

    Just perfect. Great apartment with wonderful views, very comfortable, with everything you might need for your stay. Ski depot as well as shoe warmer available, should you need it in winter time. Keys were handed down by the owner, very friendly family, explained everything what we needed. Ideal location for skiing as well as summer hiking. Summer operating lift to the top of the mountains in walking distance.

    We were very satisfied with the accommodation. It is located in a beautiful environment with good access and parking . The apartment is spacious. The beds were comfortable. Cleanliness were at high level The hosts were very helpful.

    The apartment is very spacious and modern with a beautiful view on the mountains. Location is great and close to the ski slopes (5 minutes walking distance). City centre and grocery stores are also less than 10 minutes walking distance. Outside and garage free parking is available just in front of the apartment. Towels and bed linens were very good quality and clean.

    The apartment was fantastic, plenty of room, great kitchen, easy access and parking and great bathroom and cleanliness. The staff was amazing. I fell quite sick during my stay and they were super helpful with everything including bringing special food to the room for remedy. The SPA area is amazing!

    The apartment is closer to the market and it is at perfect place. i have enjoyed the mountain views from the window. We have booked for a smaller room , but the host granted the nice big room and also guided us all the sight seeing places. perfect place for sking. those who dont do ski see can enjoy the scenic places and kids and families can enjoy with ice sledge boards which are available for rental at hochalembahnen

    Nice apartment (Deluxe Penthouse, Type 100). -Nice smart lightning system (smart switches in every room, motion sensors in both bathrooms) -Main panel, where you can order change of towels, change the temperature and light scenes -Smart TVs that can be used for streaming (LG, but doesn't work with Apple Airplay because of hotel TV type) -Personal sauna that can be used anytime - easy to operate

    Pretty much everything. Location was quiet, yet right next to the ski lift and ski rental and a few minutes walk into the center. The hotel itself is brand new and well designed, our 4-bedroom apartment was huge and so was the balcony. It was fully equipped and we missed nothing. The pool and fitness and wellness area were pure luxury.
