The location of Abode Gungahlin is very convenient. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the light rail terminal and big shopping mall. We arrived at Sydney airport and caught the coach to Canberra. The coach bus station is right next to the light rail terminal so we took the light rail to Abode Gungahlin. Therefore, there is no need to rent a car. We felt like we were at home. They provide milk, coffee and tea. They also provide washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and coffee maker. We were there for a month so the above mentioned household equipment was necessary for us. They also offer dish washing detergent, laundry detergent and dishwasher powder. The household equipment is in good condition and easy to operate. The staffs are friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay at Abode Gungahlin again.

This was one of the BEST places I have ever stayed at (and I have stayed at hundreds). I don’t know where to start … the owners are just so super lovely. We had a blackout one night, and the owner came to check on me that I was okay and offered candles. The unit is brand new and has been thoughtfully kitted out with anything you could possibly need. It is decorated like a display home and has all those beautiful little touches you wont find anywhere else. I stayed for 6 nights and absolutely loved it and has been a highlight of my 4 month trip around Australia. Its situated on the outskirts of gorgeous Canberra but I quite enjoyed the drive in everyday, rather than staying in the city centre.

Two bedroom apartment was perfect for a family. Lots of space and awesome spa bath. Location was close to everything we needed. Room was very quiet, couldn't hear any other guests. Indoor heated pool was fantastic!

Welcoming place to stay with all the modern amenities. Initially few issues but resolved with lighting fast speed. Warm n genuine hosts with “anything that can be done to make ur stay better”, message, was the best. Overall, love the place especially the morning sun hitting the unit in a cold wintry day.
