It is a lovely hotel located at the heart of the city. It is near the Airport and ideal for short stays or transit passengers taking Royal Brunei. It's a great stopover hotel where you can see the city and be near restaurants and eatery outlets. Great customer service and excellent cleanliness.

Very clean and housekeeping accommodating to bring up facilities as and when needed (including at 3am when my daughter vomited). Large family of 7 we are so extremely pleased to have an interconnected room, which essentially meant like an apartment with two full shower rooms. Comfy beds and pillows.
