This is a lovely little apartment! Very stylishly decorated with a cozy vibe. A comfortable bed with super soft bedding. Lots of little extras with quality soaps and hair products. A good supply of coffee pods. The building has a great security system. Leland, the owner, was very accessible and helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

The comfortable, air-conditioned accommodation also comes with soundproofing and a fireplace. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and is protected by full-day security.

The location was farther than I expected, but the traffic was always smooth and the view from the house was just amazing. Contacting the owner had a little time lag so that we didn't know how to unlock/lock the entrance door, but luckily we arrived the location at the same time the owner came back, so I was able to get that information. Because the summer this year has been incredibly hot, we wanted to stay AC'ed place, and this was just perfect. The owner gave us so much information, where to visit, where to eat out, what to do, and so on. Because we weren't new to Victoria, we knew what we were going to do, but such plenty information must be helpful for first time visitors for sure.

An incredible place, nice and quiet and with a beautiful view alond the sea ! On arrival in the appartment we were so surprised as it exceeded our expectations. An almost brand new appartment with two seperate bedrooms and bathrooms. A fully equiped kitchen with a great coffee machine and over. The living area was spacious and comfortable. We booked this appartment for its views and the location outside the city center. Having a car with us it was easy to go to the center and it took us a 15 min to reach the public parking on Wharf Street. From here you can walk to all the attractions in Victoria. This parking is also close to Chinatown (oldest Chinatown in Canada) and we found some great restaurants in this area like Little Unnan Restaurant and Don Mee Chinese Seafoof restaurant where we had a nice dimsum meal. Worth mentioning is also the Ohana Poke restaurant (Japanese and Korean food) with great poke bowls ! A supermarket can be found at 6 k and also some restaurants. However if you have a car you better go to the center and have a great meal in Chinatown. The host (and owner) of the appartment is friendly and came with clear instructions how to find and open the key in the key box. It is also worth it to have a stroll in the area and you can just walk to the opposite house and walk to the sea. It s a rocky area but worth it and you will have a great view. We would like to thank the owner and we will certainly be back for our next visit to Victoria !

Owner was very kind. the door of bathroom was suddenly locked, but owner came to condo within 20mins and figure it out even though early in the morning. I was sooo sorry to it, but owner smiled me. Very Thankful!

    We enjoyed the room in the studio suite with a loft/mezzanine bedroom. A fine breakfast in the bright tea room was a bonus experience.

    The very thoughtful effort to make the suite feel special, it is not your usual rental decore, instead many items giving the place a personal "good" feel. As well the practical amenities were excellent. When booking we thought the location was remote but turns out a major shopping area is a minute by car or a short walk. We will book again our stay was only over night but it would be excellent for a longer family stay it is a roomy 2 bedroom apartment!

    Spacious and comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, great studio apartment. We arrived a bit earlier and were able to check in. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable, the nice gentleman pointed us in the direction of a few bike hire shops nearby. Within walking distance from the centre and on the corner of Beacon Hill Park, where we saw raindeers :)

    The apartment was very clean and as pictured. Free parking is very convenient. Not the best location, but close enough to the city and a good place to stay for a short stay. The check-in and check-out were very smooth and there were suitable instructions provided to find the location. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and appliances all functional.

    Lovely, clean and well equipped studio apartment with a nice outlook.Excellent Kitchenette facilities, everything we needed. Reception staff were friendly and efficient, very good to deal with. A nice easy walk into town and most attractions. We recommend a stay here.
