A good supply of coffee pods. The building has a great security system. Leland, the owner, was very accessible and helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

An incredible place, nice and quiet and with a beautiful view alond the sea ! On arrival in the appartment we were so surprised as it exceeded our expectations. An almost brand new appartment with two seperate bedrooms and bathrooms. A fully equiped kitchen with a great coffee machine and over. The living area was spacious and comfortable. We booked this appartment for its views and the location outside the city center. Having a car with us it was easy to go to the center and it took us a 15 min to reach the public parking on Wharf Street. From here you can walk to all the attractions in Victoria. This parking is also close to Chinatown (oldest Chinatown in Canada) and we found some great restaurants in this area like Little Unnan Restaurant and Don Mee Chinese Seafoof restaurant where we had a nice dimsum meal. Worth mentioning is also the Ohana Poke restaurant (Japanese and Korean food) with great poke bowls ! A supermarket can be found at 6 k and also some restaurants. However if you have a car you better go to the center and have a great meal in Chinatown. The host (and owner) of the appartment is friendly and came with clear instructions how to find and open the key in the key box. It is also worth it to have a stroll in the area and you can just walk to the opposite house and walk to the sea. It s a rocky area but worth it and you will have a great view. We would like to thank the owner and we will certainly be back for our next visit to Victoria !

Not the best location, but close enough to the city and a good place to stay for a short stay. The check-in and check-out were very smooth and there were suitable instructions provided to find the location.
