Great value! We has apartment 803 (one bedroom with a queen sized bed and two bathrooms) I definitely recommend getting something on the highest floor possible as that will give you the best view and the least traffic noise. The 8th floor is the top floor which means it also has very high ceilings. The traffic noise is really not bad at all - just a bit of white noise. The property is located in the Belen neighborhood, an upscale residential neighborhood. Very convenient and safe to walk in. El Poblado is a $2 uber away. Our apartment had a beautiful view of the city, the daily room service breakfast was excellent. The housekeeping and desk service was top notch. The mall across the street and surrounding neighborhood has everything you need.

    Centrally located apartment suites in El Poblado. I appreciated the luggage storing facilities and the portman, he was very kind. Breakfast is also pretty good at the hotel. Rooms are spacious and ours offered really beautiful views of the city. The front was understanding about letting us keep our room instead of having to move. We didn't have to time to check out the turkish sauna and all the facilities but it is very appreciated that those exist!

    A nice studio apartment with everything you needed. Laurels is a trendy neighbourhood with lots going on, which was a real buzz for the senses. The apartment is close to shops, bars, restaurants and the metro, which allows you to access a lot of Medellin. Jorge was a lovely host, making us feel welcome and being helpful.

    Factory Loft was the perfect home base for experiencing the incredible city of Medellin. I stayed in a studio style apartment; it was stylish and comfortable….more like home than a hotel room. Jonathon, one of the concierges, was wonderful. He had an answer for every questions and the perfect recommendations for the city. He was there with a smiling face every night, adding a sense of familiarity in a place where I didn’t know anyone. I wish I never had to leave Factory Lofts and I can’t wait to go back!
