Clean, mostly quiet street, easy walk to beach. Booking was not updated but I stayed in this property for two weeks. To clarify listed amenities: There is no air conditioning or dryer. Views are that of a typical Santa Maria neighborhood.

Great location - a quick walk to supermarkets and the city centre. Quiet area but very close to the liveliness! The owner is so kind and lovely too - very friendly. I would 100% recommend :)

Spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the ocean located right in the heart of Santa Maria, just a 3-minute walk from the beach and a 1 to 5 minute walk to amazing restaurants and shops. The apartment has a bottle of water, towels, very comfortable matress, beach towels(!), all necessary kitchen utensils, and a new air conditioner. The apartment has good windows that block out most of the street noise, you just need to close them. The transfer from and to the airport was excellent and I also had a private tour of the island with the driver Jaime..

Location was perfect! Short walk to the beach but also on a street that’s not too busy. Had everything we wanted for our stay. Staff were very pleasant and we felt safe. Would highly recommend.

Location is perfect, less than a 10 minute walk to the beach, in a safe area. Smooth Check in/out process and even provided somewhere to store my luggage as I had a late flight.
