Amazing retreat! First of all I would love to thank the owners and staff of Atlantis Gardens for such a great and special place. 1. Location. This beautiful resort is located 20 min drive from Larnaca airport near the Mazotos village at the seashore (1st line). Taxi 🚕 will cost around 💶 34€ for a 6-seater van (if you travel 🧳 with a family or a company). It is rather wild place with no clubs or restaurants around. Which was a great plus for us. 2. Accommodations. Tourist can choose a 1/2 of a villa or the whole villa. 1/2 villa is a 3-bedroom apartment with a big living room with a huge flatscreen TV 📺 , fully equipped kitchen and very big terrace with big table and outdoor furniture. Villas have also private pools. Everything is clean and fresh. 3. Services. Sheets, towels, coffee ☕️, etc. are changed for extra payment, even if you stay for 2 weeks. 4. Infrastructure. Big territory. Many parking 🅿️ lots (don’t know if extra payment 💰 needed). Comfortable swimming 🏊 pool both for adults (1,65-1,70 m at the deepest part) and children. Small children playground 🛝. A little gym. Bar-restaurant with open kitchen 8-19:30. Small private beach 🏖️ with all supplies, and water entertainments. 5. Personnel. Very warm, welcoming, service-oriented and pleasant. We want to come back to this place again and again!!!!

The accommodation is in a very quiet location with a nice neighborhood. You feel very welcome in the accommodation and everything is taken care of. The terrace is perfect for a sunny breakfast in the morning and the furniture on the terrace is very high quality. There is really nothing to complain about and highly recommended.

This place Has everything. Washing machinę, dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, aircondition etc. Was Great for our family with 2 Kids. We felt like Home. The host od Great. We asked him for shampoo and he organized everything even sunscreen and balm for children (Free of charge). There is parking place free of charge. Mazotos is just 20 min from Larnaca and is A great place to visit east or west coast. We recommend this place to everyone!

Great area, we always have a car because we want to be in the village. So no problem getting around. The beach is a very short distance away along with larnaca within 30 minutes. Really great kept pool. We had to stay longer because of lots of flight cancellations however the owner arranged further accomodation for us straight away. (I know a few people have been left to sleep in the airport) Having the two bathrooms is a massive time saver when you have a family trying to get ready all at once, loved that. Staff very polite and courteous nothing is an issue. 100% we would all recommend to other families and friends and will be back here again soon. Hopefully end of September. 😎

The place was absolutely lovely and the surrounding area was so relaxing. The owner was very welcoming and accommodating and met us late at night after our flight to show us the place. Our apartment was very clean and organized. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed for cooking meals. She even provided some basics such as bread, jam, coffee, fruit and vegetables, some fresh Cypriot cheese, etc. which was a very nice touch. There is also a shared common living room with the other apartment that contains a fireplace which was very nice to use in January. The private balcony is huge and absolutely beautiful to enjoy sunsets from there. Would highly recommend this place and would stay again when we return to Cyprus.

We liked the place a lot, very clean apartment and a calm neighborhood. All the suppliers are available, the garden is nice and there is a clean swimming pool. The host was very supportive, we would come more.

If your goal is to have quiet holiday this is perfect location. View from the apartment is excellent!!! Communication with the owner fantastic!!! You have all household items available. I will return back.
