Great place, I really liked it, so I give it the highest score! Just a few little pieces of advice. First, I would recommend to make it possible for the guests to fill all the forms online before checking-in. Second, I would recommend to include city tax to the main payment (I know it's possible). So after checking-in people don't need to fill in forms and look for coins to pay the city tax. But again, it's just a minor thing.

    The under cover car park was great. The lay out of the apartment was great for only 30 m2. Bedding was great. For an overnighter it was great. Several grocery stores in walking distance.

    The Host was excellent, and nothing was too much trouble for them. The apartment was exactly as described and very warm and clean. With the location just a few minute walk to the town canter and nearest supermarket it was perfect for my requirements.
