Best hotel ever. Beautiful suite, vintage design, like 70s. Nice garden and sunshine balcony. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Subway station nearby and bike rental with in the building. 2 lovely cats live in the garden and they are super nice as hosts.

During my recent trip to Berlin, I had the opportunity to stay in this apartment that turned out to be the best accommodation I've experienced in the city so far. The cozy apartment had a lot of natural light and a modern interior design that made me feel right at home, Another aspect that impressed me was the apartment's cleanliness and well-equipped kitchen. It was a nice place to return to after a day of exploring the city. The apartment's location was excellent, just a short 4-minute walk from the Tram station. This made it easy for us to get around the city and was a relief not to have to deal with long commutes or complicated transportation routes. Despite being close to the city center, the area around the apartment was surprisingly quiet. One of the highlights of our stay was the hospitality of the host. He provided us with great recommendations for local places to visit, eat, and explore. Thanks to his insights, we discovered hidden gems in the city that we wouldn't have found on our own.

Very nice and comfy apartment, the communication was super friendly and there was prepared a bottle of wine and chocolate as a gift, cause there were still some work outside, but was super quiet. I recommend! Perfect value for the money, good bakery next the door.

The neighborhood has lots of restaurants (excellent German restaurant right next door) with moderate prices and the subway and tram are a short block away. We even walked to the centre one day. It was less than an hour and through nice neighborhoods. If I return to Berlin I would stay here again.

Comfortable bed and additional sofa, if you travel with kid. Maybachufer is a quite residential area with amazing coffee place next to the apartment building. Great transportation connection to the Mitte, but since weather was fantastic, I just walk around without using it much.

The biggest pro's for me were the location (very nice neighborhood + well connected to other areas of the city by public transport), the nice interior and furniture (that made the flat feel more cozy and personal compared to other rental flats), the size and the host that was very helpful and very reactive.
