Everything was new and very modern. Super clean too. The shower was fantastic and there was tea and coffee supplied; also basics such as oil, salt and pepper, as well as bottles of water. The location was very central, only 1 minute walking to Plaza España.

The owner was very friendly and caring about us. Well equipped rooms have detailed instructions on how to use equipment and detailed information about surroundings and sightings. Great location, very central. Corner apartment so 3 opening windows with 2 little balconies. Lovely lady advised when it was ready, so we were able to check-in early (the normal 16.00 time is a little late). Good communication (Spanish). Space well arranged with large sliding doors between lounge/bedroom which could stay open to help airflow and closed if needed. Kitchen has full size good fridge. Flat walk-in shower, and good lift.
