Big apartment, comfy bed, the sofa bed was also super comfy for the extra guests. Bottle of wine and 2 bottles of water on arrival. Right in the centre of town. WiFi was great - at one point it dropped connection but he came over and sorted it straight away, so thank you for that.

The location and cleanliness of the apartment was above my expectation. It is on the ground floor and literally 10 steps inside the front door of the building. It is across the street from Plaza Galacia where we enjoyed using the street workout facility and watching from our front window the families and children enjoying the outdoors. There are at least 4 markets within 2 blocks where you can buy groceries to prepare in the nice kitchen area of the apartment. There are restaurants and cafes in every direction. We also enjoyed walks around El Médano and never felt unsafe. The staff that we interacted with were great. Our flight arrived at 1:30 in the morning and I was worried it would be too early, but they made arrangements to meet us at the apartment and let us in.

The apartment was spotless with everything needed for a self catering stay. Little shops and cafes all very handy. The town felt very Spanish and not at all touristy which is what we wanted.
