We liked everything. It's in a residential part of the old town so a bit quieter but easy walking distance to everything. Building is nicely renovated and secure. We'll enough equipped to have breakfast and takeout but you will want to eat out, trust me. Beds were very comfy, living room can seat 4. As with everywhere in old Town, the balcony isn't really a balcony by North American standards but the view is to a street so no loss. Bathroom is perfect and the interior design of the apartment was super cool. Parking is 2 streets over and very secure. A small fee applies. Be aware that getting in and out is not for the faint of heart but it is doable with a small car. Lastly the host was super ice and responsive. Can't say enough good things about them.

    The property location is great, it cannot be more central unless you stay in the cathedral itself. The studio apartment we stayed in was clean, a perfect size for 2 people and had a nice small balcony with superb views of Granada and the mountains beyond. We also received very(!) detailed instructions for checking in and accessing the private parking which were helpful.

    Very nice, clean and modern flat. Ikea style new furniture (I like it). Despite the apartment is not so far from the center, it is very calm - location is great. Few minutes to buses, Carrefour express round the corner 🙂 Comfortable beds, nespresso machine in the kitchen ☕️ Elevator in the house. Great assistance and communication from the owner via Booking messages and WhatsApp. Easy to find.

    Very helpful owners, lovely small bright and modern apartment in a fabulous central location. Cleanliness excellent. Small supermarkets close by for more coffee pods, snacks etc. Reasonably priced restaurants (for a city centre) were close by inc vegetarian menu options.

    Owner was waiting for us to show the apartment and hand over the keys. The wonders of Whatsapp. Nice apartment right between Alhambra and the dowtown abyss of tourist traps, both in easy walking distance. This is one of many places that due to size constraints inside and outside became unfeasible for everyday life, but still serve well for short stays such as ours. This little flat is well equipped with everything. WiFi worked great, but some devices may need a press of the WPS button.

    The apartment is tiny, but has all you would need for a short stay - 2 bedrooms, a living-room, kitchen space, comfy beds and bathroom. The space is wisely arranged to ensure that all is accommodated inside. There was a free parking space close to the flat (30-40 meters away); distance from the center was a walking distance, i.e. perfect for family walk before/after dinner. Communication with the host was smooth and s/he kept the hot line all during all our stay to check if all is fine.

    Very good communication and professional service. They provided us with a better apartment option after initially booking a studio. The flat had everything we needed, including Wifi, Netflix, coffee, a great bathroom, and air conditioning. The check-in process was flexible and easy. We will definitely choose this place again next time.

    Great communication with the apartment and host both pre-arrival and during my stay. The penthouse views are stunning. It’s also surprising how quiet the flat is considering it’s central location. Everything worked as expected. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I would definitely stay here again.
