Good instructions from the hosts to obtain the keys from a keybox, location close to the ocean (building right adjacent to the ocean but our particular apartment on the side away from the ocean), quaint apartment with all the necessary amenities, practical, always found a parking spot right in front of the building (though maybe this was just luck), good location for excursions to other spots on the island, town has grocery store and restaurants.

We spent our last 2 days on Lanzarote in this new and nice apartment with very good equipment. This place is a great place for independent travelers and families with children. The apartment is very close to the sea and children can enjoy a quiet place and parents as well. The apartment has everything you need to stay, but much more than a standard apartment. The owners are very friendly and helpful and depending on how the apartment is adapted to the stay, they are just great and think of the guests that they have everything to stay and also a little more than you expected on arrival. Should we visit Lanzarote again, we will definitely see if this apartment is available again during our stay. The children were also happy and unhappy when we had to leave and fly home. Lanzarote is a small island and the nice beach of Famara is not too far from this place. I could imagine that we could spend more nights there during our next stay. (If we fly to Lanzarote again).

The hosts were amazing with us. Since we could only get the flat for 3 days, the hosts helped us get a new place in a matter of a few days. Additionally, they were amazingly kind and tried to do as much as possible for us. The hospitality was something I will remember for sure if I ever visit again

You can watch the boats going in and out, the surfers, and people strolling along the promenade. The balcony of our apartment (Azuelo) faced North, so was protected from the midday sun. The roof terrace receives sun all day.
