The location was super central, a few minutes walk from everything. The apartment was good, we had enough space and it was clean. Also the facilities of the apartment were good, such as electric outlets and lights. Most importantly, the staff were nice and kind, helping us with our issues and even giving us a small souvenir. The apartment was right in the centre of Oviedo and overlooked the cathedral. It was a very short walk to restaurants and the park as well as the old town. It was on a very pretty square. The apartment was really clean and well maintained. A lovely lady welcomed us and showed us the apartment. Parking was only 4 minutes walk away at the cost of 17 euros per day.

It had a spiral staircase up to a large private terrace (great views) with a spa pool. Nicely equipped and furnished. Highly recommended, providing the toilet seat, and the sewer smell in the bathroom is fixed..see below.GailSolo traveller

We were there in a middle of heatwave (apparently unusual for Oviedo) and we ask if she could provide a fan as it was a bit hot in the flat. She went to buy one straight away and it was with us in very little time! Good central location with many facilities around. A cheap and cover car park is only few minutes away.
