Location is right in town, but far enough away from the major cafes and stores, to feel private. Lots of outlets in convienient locations to keep your phones and tech charged.

Everything. The location is amazing though, overlooking the river and in the very middle of everything without being loud or unpleasant. The owner is super nice, helpful and friendly. We got extra attention for our dog, including a wonderful bed for her, bowls, blankets and of course a river outside the door. Potes is a beautiful town, Apartment El Nial makes it even nicer!

Location in center of town; beautiful mountain/town views from balconies; newly refurbished; very clean and comfortable; we were 3 adults and 3 children and it fit us perfectly; bathrooms excellent; wifi great; TVs in living room and all bedrooms; bedrooms great; washing machine worked well; large dining table; lots of street noise at night but the bedroom windows keep out the sound very well when shut; host was very responsive; sufficient parking nearby; love the keyless entry system; we were fortunate to find this property when booking our last minute trip to lovely Potes. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again! Thank you for hosting us!
