The location is fantastic, absolutely perfect!! We like the fact the apartments had enough amenities for you to be able to cook/have breakfast. Great bonus having the coffee machines. Hosts were fantastic to deal with, nothing was a problem and we always had a prompt reply. Nice and quiet, we were on level 5.

    The host met us at the front door, despite pouring rain. She took us to the apartment, gave us the keys, and answered our questions. She was very responsive to our questions during our stay as well. The apartment is large and very cozy. There is also a loft which is handy.. There was a huge festival the night we arrived, which was noisy. Otherwise, the place was very quiet. It's extremely well located.

    There was no breakfast, and the hosts didn't leave any complimentary items at all, in the kitchen or the bathroom(surprising for a rental that is not cheap). The kitchen was perhaps the best thing in the apartment, it is well equipped.

    We worked from the flat with the 2 of us during a week and the apartment was perfect for it. The small office was great for taking calls and focus while the kitchen table did the job as second desk. Very freshly renovated with an eye for detail. Loved it.

    I had actually booked a different accommodation in February 2023 for our 1 night in San Sebastián, however 3 days prior to arriving I cancelled our other booking and booked the 4 bedroom penthouse at Legazpi Doce and I am so glad that I did. It was extremely excellent. Space for everyone- 6 of us (my elderly parents had a separate suite in our apartment which was fantastic and our 2 kids didn’t have to share a bedroom. Would definitely book again.

    Super spacious and comfortable modern apartment in a gorgeous building. The entire flat was very clean and well appointed, perfectly located a short 10 minute walk to the centre of the old town where all the best pintxos bars are. It was very well sound proofed and we couldn’t hear any of the road noise below. Great AC in the bedrooms. We loved it and would 100% stay here again.
