This apartment is excellent, the location is everything here. The view from our apartment was lovely, sea in front and Eze village to your right. The apartment was very clean and modern, the facilities in the kitchen is excellent, even giving you dishwasher tablets and a bottle of water on arrival. The bathroom was a very good size, great shower. Aircon was good, we had no issues with it, very quiet. The pool is clean with plenty of room for sun bathing. The staff, especially Sarah were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect, a few metres away from a bakery and mini supermarket. If you stay in Eze you must visit the old town, a steep walk up but worth it, very reasonable restaurants and the views are amazing.

Very good location. Everything was very clean and smelled nicelly. All the details in room such as paintings and other decorations looked really nice. Hosts had really nice teste in music as there was their CD player with their cds. We really liked the experience of staying there.

From my experience with all previous BnB type of accommodations, this place is by far the best in terms of how modern, comfortable, well-equipped, spacious, safe, new and well maintained is. It has a full, modern and well-supplied kitchen, full-size fridge, dishwasher, integrated family room with access to a nice patio. Mechanical blinds will provide total darkness to the apartment for a good sleep. There is a convenient and modern elevator. It is truly a gem with an extraordinary view of the Eze village and the castle ruins at the top of the mountain. Eze is a small mountain-top village, located between Nice and Monaco, so driving to any of those wonderful places is very easy. Monaco is just 10-15 minutes away driving and Nice about 20-25 minutes. You will certainly need a car if you are planning to use this place, as it is not centric to any major city and there is not any nearby train station. The main downside though for this place is the parking garage.

Not sure what happened there. The staff did give us a GREAT tip for how to take the local trail to Eze and allowed us to park our rental car there while we visited Eze. The staff and proprietor were very helpful and friendly and were British and Scottish so spoke fluent English which was very helpful to give us directions to take the trail down to visit Eze.

In 5 to 20 minutes you can reach Cap-d'Ail, Monaco, Roquebrune Cap-Martin, Beaulieu-sur-mer, and Nice by train. There is a very nice beach in 5 minutes on foot from the appartment. Special thanks to Pascale for the hospitality and warm welcome ! We spent a great time in your apartment !
