We liked the apartment a lot. In particular, the large terrace with sweeping views of the sea, the harbor and the old town of Menton is simply fantastic. The owner thinks that it is the best view in the whole of Menton - and she may be right! We also found the large beds very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher etc). The pictures on the booking website correspond perfectly. The location (Boulevard de Garavan) is ideal for a walk to some of the famous gardens.

To welcome us, several things were waiting for us, such as coffee, water, jam, sweets. Communication and welcome with the owner was excellent. Thank you for a great stay in your apartment. We felt very comfortable and didn't miss anything. We would love to come back here again.

Everything was as presented in description on Booking and yes, there are 10 narrow and high steps leading to the apartment (as mentioned in reviews 100 times). Definitely not for people with limited mobility. The beach is just across the road, you are in Old city, bunch of shops and restaurants around, studio is small, clean and very well organised, self-check-in/check-out, owner is fast and attentive to all requests. Honestly, what else?
