This 1-bedroom apartment will provide guests with a flat-screen TV, a seating area and an iPod docking station. A private entrance leads guests into the apartment, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and chocolates or cookies. This apartment is allergy-free and non-smoking.

Excellent communication with the owner, and he met us on departure ... Even though it's all done by key box code. Great facilities.... Everything you could possibly need! Bubbly and choccies was a nice touch too! Tea and coffee, fresh drinking water etc provided too, and the Bluetooth speaker fed through to all rooms so it was nice to have our own music. Everything you could desire in a dungeon and medical room ... Plenty of condoms and lube too!! Parking in Regency Square (very close) was £30 for 24 hours, but it was secure and better than coming out to a parking ticket ... Which we saw a couple of cars in the street had got! Okay to unload but then just move your car. Had a fab Chinese in the China Garden close to the Holiday Inn. Overall, definitely worth the money, and great fun too!!!

Perfect location. Close to multiple eating places. However, we used the small groceries stores in order to cook dinner ourselves. Funny thing is that it rained very hard with huge winds the night we were there. So, we cancelled the plan to wake up early to see sunrise over the ocean... I turned the rain stopped early and we missed everything..

Olive Tree Apartment Hove, apartment in Brighton & Hove

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a dishwasher. The property also has newly refurbished bathroom with shower enclosure and free toiletries.

Communication prior to check-in was timely, professional, and informative, giving us all the information relevant to our stay, such as damage deposit payment instructions and details about anything we might need in relation to parking, WiFi, etc. Whenever we contacted the owners via the platform with queries or requests in the run up to check-in, they were responsive within 24 hours or less. Finding the property and collecting the keys from the lockbox was a breeze, as well as understanding the locking mechanism required to feel safe and secure. Felt at home the moment we stepped in. Property was clean, homely, warm, and very welcoming. Tastefully furnished with a modern bathroom that has buttons on the shower and tap with an open spout (never seen these before!) Everything was found as expected - and more! There were nice welcome gifts, a folder full of handy house rules in case of more questions, and an emergency box of supplies should you need a razor or toothbrush. Couple of hours after checking in mid-afternoon, we received a call from the owner checking that everything was okay and that we could easily reach them during our stay if needed. We were in Brighton for only a couple of nights so didn't really need anything except more time in this lovely apartment! No matter what time it was, the atmosphere in the apartment was cosy, quiet, and private; even while sitting outside on the garden furniture. The neighbourhood at all times of day was pleasant, quiet, and trouble-free. Only takes 15 minutes to leisurely stroll from the apartment to the Brighton city centre, and the beach was just down the road. Couldn't think of a better way to rest and relax after trekking around Brighton! Thank you so much for entrusting us with your apartment and giving us such a pleasant experience! The owners know what they are doing, demonstrate this well, and would make selecting another apartment very difficult. Would rebook Olive Tree again without hesitation!

The apartment was so cozy, modern in design ✅ and very very clean, it felt like home with extra bits and bobs you may have forgotten like toothpaste, shampoo etc. The size was perfect for a family of 4. We really enjoyed the apartment, we even used the game stash to play a bit of trivia with our kids. An extra is that during this heat wave that there were fans for the rooms :) The doorstep is at a bus stop which goes to the station.

    Very nicely refurbished 2 bedroom flat. Great location in kemp town a 2 minute walk to Brighton pier. The apartment was spotless with comfy beds and nice furnishings. Perfect spot for exploring everything Brighton has to offer.

    Super modern apartment with all the facilities you need for a longer stay - washing machine, dishwasher. Super comfortable bed and very quiet. Very friendly staff too. Very handy to shops and all the main things to see and do in Brighton. Great room layout and space to spread out. Felt really big for a studio apartment. Amazing value too.

    Lovely little flat, right in the centre of town. Very clean and smelled lovely inside. Well equipped for a short stay apart from the no WiFi. Once in the apartment, it was lovely, don't let the dingy communal entrance put you off!

    These apartments are in a great location close to the pier but far enough away not to be in a busy area. The setting was really nice and the loft studio was very well presented with excellent facilities. The gesture of leaving milk, orange juice, tea and coffee was appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.

    Lovely little studio apartment, tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable bed and luxury bathroom. Some thoughtful little touches, including a Bluetooth speaker and ear plugs (not needed). The apartment was very quiet. Check in and check out was very simple.

    Really well presented, super clean and comfortable and such good value for money. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. The host was so friendly and helpful, can't rate them highly enough! I highly recommend Salt Life Studio!

    Lovely little studio flat in the loft. Modern, attractive, clean and well proportioned. I would love to live in a flat like that! Bit of a walk from the rail station but super close to the seafront. I was really happy with the self check-in/out process and especially touched by all the little extras (cereal, cereal bars, pods for the coffee machine, milk and orange juice in the fridge, even ice creams in the freezer! Very nice surprise!). I will 100% stay again next time I'm in Brighton.
