Bev was wonderful at communicating with us, and the Annexe was beautifully decorated, very cosy and had everything we needed at our finger tips. It is very easy to recommend it. It also had a lovely outlook and all modern conveniences of wifi and cable TV which we enjoyed.

Peaceful and relaxing accommodation that has been thoughtfully furnished. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen is well appointed, and the bathroom has a powerful and hot shower. This location was perfect for our needs. We loved the riverside location and the viaduct views and the outdoor deck was a perfect place to watch the ducks and the boats with a coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The decor is lovely, lots of lovely thoughtful design details that made us feel very comfortable and at home. The location is great with a short walk to local cafes and two nice friendly pubs and we appreciated being able to park directly outside the property. Jack is a great host with wonderful and timely communication. We really enjoyed our stay.

Very very quite peaceful location. Very clean modern and attractive. All the basic amenities for a stay. Helpful unobtrusive host. Great internet so if you’ve streaming facilities on tables or accounts for Amazon Prime etc there’s no problem getting all the films etc you want!
