James was a lovely host, he showed us around and explained how things worked. The flat was well equipped and all new and modern. We had family nearby and it was an ideal location for restaurants, bars and shops. We have already booked again and can't wait to see James again.

A great flat to relax in and it has a sea view and being right near the Pier is in an excellent location.

There are numerous buses both on the seafront and along the main road if you don't want to use a car. Easy 15 minute walk to the railway station.

Very friendly contact. When we arrived we were welcomed at the property with the key and a tour of the property, no waiting or searching whatsoever. The property was bigger than we expected, we were especially positively surprised by the size of the living room. There were also some toys for kids which were appreciated. We also received parking permits to use on the days we were there which was very kind - parking is a bit tricky as it is quite busy and basically next to the beach. We managed to find two spots for our cars and did most of our sightseeing by foot after that! The location was AMAZING! We walked for 2 or 3 minutes to the waterfront at midnight to look at the fireworks on new years night. Magical. Running at the promenade next to the sea, arcade games at the pier with the kids, fish and chips nearby, visiting windy Beachy Head - I almost want to go back already. Overall a lovely stay and we will keep this property in mind when returning to Eastbourne.

    Checked out early from a nearby 'deluxe apartment' that was more akin to a shoebox in size to be warmly welcomed by James to his garden flat - a genuine home away from home. Spacious, clean, warm, quiet, and well equipped: it provided just about everything we needed in genuinely self-contained accommodation. The two-minute walk to Eastbourne rail station was a further plus for us.

    Really lovely flat. The location to beach was very close. I loved the fact that the apartment comes with it's own parking. The owners were very accommodating.

    On the seafront, sea view, easy access to beach and promenade. The apartment was nice, had everything you need for a short weekend from pots, crockery, cutlery, towels, hairdryer, a few condiments and coffee sachets. Easy access to shops and train station. Considering the flat is on the seafront it is really quiet with the windows closed.

    Very comfortable, spacious and tidy recently fully refurbished and painted flat apartment equipment with everything. Very comfortable new beds, nice living room with big tv a perfect stay for a family. My daughter never wanted to to leave so we must come back soon as we very enjoyed the stay. It has a privately reserved parking and nice and quiet surroundings. Definitely highly recommended!

    Seafront. Easy parking on streets. Disabled parking free, just display badge. Local shops.. Fish n chips. Italian restraunt. Ice creams. Great big cafe... All down next side street. Promenade Mostly flat for wheelchairs. This hotet has wheelchair access and very good spaces arround lounge and bar. Finer dining in house. Good lift services. Modern high rise hotel. We've stayed here three times and not been disappointed. Top floor suited are brilliant. .
