Even tho above a pub, we heard no noise. Always parking available. Had all the essentials to cook. In an amazing location. Great communication. The old feel about it with original wood beams and thachted room made it more beautiful to admire. If hungry, you could pop down stairs for something to eat or just a drink at the bar. Would definitely visit again. Pictures are from after our stay, and do not give this little place the justice it deserves

Fantastic modern apartment situated in a great location in Woodbridge. The kitchen and lounge area is great and provided a comfortable living space during our break. The apartment is well equipped and provides a home from home! The wharf area below is very nice with the coffee shops and restaurants and a great place for walks along the waterside.

A lot of thought had gone into the planning of the apartment. Loved the door with the glass Juliet balcony. Once it was dark it was lovely to stand looking up at the stars with no light pollution! Super bathroom & kitchen & large comfortable beds. I will certainly be back! Thank you so much.

The owners were on site and available, if needed, but not intrusive, very friendly and welcoming. Adequate off road parking . Ideal accommodation for a couple and well located for day trips to seaside towns such as Aldeburgh or Woodbridge and only a few miles from Sutton Hoo. The local village also has a Morrison local so self catering (dash for a bottle of wine) wouldn't be a problem.

Just a short journey into the village and well located to visit a number of other villages and towns around the area. The owners were very welcoming and helpful on our arrival and were on hand if needed. Will hopefully return in the future and would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.
