Amazing views front and back. The sunsets over the channel are spectacular 😍 and it's a great spot to watch seabirds. The furniture is very comfortable (inc. beds) and this spacious, unique property is well appointed - all the mod cons and it's decorated with obvious care. Located conveniently, Ilfracombe High Street is a short walk away up some rather steep roads and it's not far to Tunnels Beaches. It's also just a short drive to other, equally stunning, coastal locations. Regular day trips to Lundy Island conveniently leave from the doorstep and it's well worth a visit. The added bonus of the provided parking permit was a welcome addition.

Excellent host & v knowledgeable re local facilities/restaurants etc,. Pubs and restaurants easily within walking distance. Harbour a spit away! Would recommend this. V good stay.     Everything was fab. Stunning views of the sea, clean and spacious rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher. Also washing machine and dryer. Modern apartment. Jason the lettings manager was extremely helpful.

    A nice well kept modern apartment with lovely sea views right in the middle of town. Great communication from the hosts would definitely recommend seagulls loft.
