Fabulous location, on the beach, perfect balcony views and watching awesome sunsets every night. Free parking. Comfortable, clean and quiet accommodation. Great to have lots of mugs and extra crockery, lovely welcome pack of biscuits, tea and coffee. Great WiFi. Help was given when needed. Great communication. Fantastic little place very clean and modern... perfect location for the beach unicorn pub and blu bar on the beach.. very easy to get to Falmouth and Newquay also .. the walk down is great..make sure your fit enough to get back up😂

Love this apartment it has literally everything you need in there from cooking implements, pots/pans, dishwasher, washing machine, highchair, playstation 3 and games, cds, towels (hand/bath and tea towels), plenty of coat hangers and even a vacuum i could go on but i wont, it is so comfortable and welcoming. When we arrived the owner had left some milk, scones, jam and clotted cream, there was already tea, coffee and sugar there. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the beach, the children's playground is even less of a walk, the local pub is over the road, the entrance and outside area is on the otherside of the pub, so I would imagine you wouldn't hear to much noise from it, the local shop which is well stocked was a 5 minute walk. You also have 1 parking space allocated to the apartment which is a massive bonus especially summertime. There is a lovely little garden with the apartment. I would recommend this apartment, we will certainly look at booking this apartment again if we want to stay in this area and the bonus is it is dog friendly. Please note there are approx 6 steps down the the apartment.
