Aesthetically pleasing! Almost everything is readily available and perfect. Homey and comfy. Very clean house, towels feel fresh and fragrant. Surrounding areas secured and safe. Restaurants and groceries nearby. Mark is also very understanding and he responds well to our needs. Thank you so much. Will return next year🙏

Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. For added privacy, the accommodation has a private entrance and soundproofing.

The property was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. Soap, shampoo, conditioner and handwash were all available. The decoration is brilliant with some amusing touches. I won't say any more or I'll ruin the surprise 😉. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with tea, coffee, milk and all appliances you would need. We really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for excellent instructions for getting the keys and using them. Thanks too for the parking space.

A fabulous alternative to the usual drab and boring hotel rooms. This place is even better than it looks in the photos, has everything you need and more and is a perfect retreat after a busy day. It has so much character but is extremely well thought out and comfortable. Great roof terrace to enjoy your morning coffee.

    The apartment is very cozy as its name, clean and has all that you would need for your stay quiet, very modern .I have stayed here for work lots of times and really like it, once its available I will continue to book. Communication with owner is refreshing, very helpful although I never had a problem with flat as its always well maintained.

    Great location. 5 min walk to beach. 30 min walk to shops. Lovely modern apartment. We were in flat 6 . My son love that his room was upstairs out of the way. Comfy beds.

    Nice touch putting a small Christmas tree in the kitchen - thank you Was able to have access to the property sooner than advertised which was appreciated Very clean flat with everything required for a short stay Shop of basic supplies close by Parking was not a problem

    Spacious split level flat in a great location close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the beach at Southsea. The apartment has a spacious lounge and a decent kitchen with all the facilities you need for a short stay.

    I booked into the luxury apartments as a last minute booking in the evening. I called the host Shafi and he helped me navigate the access (Self check in) and also allocated me parking in their private car park (Driveway) The flat is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures and had everything you could need for a short stay. The flat was very clean and safe and I really enjoyed the stay. Definitely recommend! See you soon

    Great location by Gunwharf Quays and the historic dockyard, and very convenient for Portsmouth Harbour station. We were in a standard apartment but had a view of the Warrior from one of the windows. Very clean and generally comfortable. Either soundproofing in the building is excellent or all the neighbours were away, we didn't hear a thing from other flats. Barry was very efficient at meeting us and letting us in.
