The staff were friendly and welcoming. Also, in the morning they offer a full English breakfast. Overall, I do recommend this hotel for a short stay.

The flat had an unpleasant smell, had to buy air freshener. No running hot water for the entire stay had to shower in cold water which was very painful and negatively affected me and my health problems. There is no sound proofing, you can hear neighbours flushing the toilet and their creaky floorboards. Apartment was in a good location near the local shopping centre and a 3 minute walk to the station. £375 security deposit was returned within 4 days. Overall decent stay.
