A fantastic location and lovely apartment. Lovely secluded garden area, perfect for my dog, it was like a home from home in a beautiful setting. Only a short walk to the local beaches at St Ives and Carbis Bay.

Well equipped for a small kitchen, good information available, hosts easily contactable, close to station and buses. Bed was super comfy, shower powerful and hot. Supermarket a short walk away. I prefer being outside of St Ives -nice and quiet and easily walkable in to town.

We loved our huge room with fabulous sea views. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Swimming pool was good, breakfast excellent. The lovely wooded grounds made walks interesting and there was a feeling of spaciousness even with lots of people staying.

The house is stunning. Huge! With lovely family and group spaces and wonderful bedrooms. Brilliant stocked kitchen for self catering. Exceptionally clean and well loved. Beautifully appointed throughout. Fantastic to have a parking space and gated garden. Beautiful aspect down to the sea and just a short 5 mins walk. We did not want to leave. Fantastic value for money. Paul was a great host and we will stay again very soon.

The appartment was delightful, bright, lots of windows and a great view. Everything we needed was available in the kitchen plus a washer & dryer. Everything worked well and the host was very kind, helpful & available. The parking was adequate and the bathroom facilities were good as well. We would highly recommend staying there. We loved the city and got some good exercise walking up and down the hill to the town. This is definitely not a good fit for someone with mobility issues.

Clever and creative design has made the most of the space. The apartment was well appointed, modern & comfortable and a cosy haven. We really enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and being able to cook at home. Our hosts were warm and welcoming and offered lots of helpful info and local knowledge. Also, we were in a great location with an easy walk into the town centre and not too steep coming home.

Ocean House has a great view of Saint Ives, and is a short walk from the harbor. My bedroom was very clean and cozy, and the building felt quiet and safe. There is also a communal kitchen and laundry facilities for the guests to use!
