Peartree Serviced Apartments features free WiFi throughout, resident parking, a complimentary welcome breakfast basket, and a laundry room with washing machine and dryers available to residents 24 hours a day.

The apartment was immaculately clean, very spacious, included lots of little extras that they didn't have to include but they did anyway, and is in the most ideal location to walk around the city. We also brought along our two small dogs which they catered for and specially put out supplies for them without us even asking. An incredibly thoughtful service. Could not recommend this place more, I will return!

A recently renovated property, Spacious penthouse with great views of the Cathedral is situated in Salisbury near Salisbury Cathedral, Salisbury Train Station. This apartment features free private parking, a lift and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 3.7 km from Old Sarum.

Lovely flat!! Great décor, lots of windows, lots of light! And a beautiful view of the skyline out the windows, including the cathedral! There's a walk-in rain shower in the master bath, and a patio off one of the bedrooms with comfortable outdoor furniture. There is a full size refrigerator/freezer in the kitchen, as well as dishwasher, microwave, stove top and full size oven. The apartment takes up the third and fourth floors, which you can access by stairs as well as an elevator. There's even a little alcove by the front door with a couch to sit on and take off your shoes. The flat is located about 2 blocks from downtown. The market square on Tuesdays/Saturdays has great vegetables and a multitude of other items, including sweets. The covered parking is a plus, although we didn't use a car. The local area has two paved pedestrian walk ways that will get you well out of the city, both are along a peaceful waterway taking you into a wetlands area and grassy fields. This is the town to be in if you're looking to visit Stonehenge but we also enjoyed the Old Sarum that a city bus will take you out to. Ask for a return trip when you get your bus ticket.

This place is stunning. Everything is to the highest standard and totally spotless. You have everything you need and maybe more. There are little extras like tea, coffee, milk, cereal butter,jam & fresh fruit which is great if you arrive late. The location is right in the centre & there is parking if you pre book. This place is a gem & I was blown away when I saw it for real. You really won’t be disappointed if you are lucky enough to stay here. Thank you so much Izabela.

We were met at the property, which was nice as the details of the property were explained to us upon arrival. The reserved parking was a real bonus. The apartment is modern, clean and well equipped. Everything you need is on your doorstep, you can walk to all the shops etc.

    Lovely comfy bed.. lots of storage... well equipped kitchen... nice and cosy and very clean. We had the small studio flat which was ample for the two of us. Not a bad 10 to 15 minute walk into town. I use a walking stick but could manage the walk ok.

    I enjoyed my stay at Peartree serviced apartments. It was in a great location near town and within walking distance. There were two smart tvs in the flat one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The flat was really nice. I would definately recommend staying here.

    Lovely clean apartment. It is small but perfect for a short stay. Fresh milk was provided alongside tea and a cereal breakfast. Simple check in. Lots of parking.

    Excellent value accommodation in a good location near the train station, and city amenities. It was easy to check in, and the breakfast was a nice touch. The apartment was spotless and well heated. This is the best serviced apartment I have stayed in, and I travel quite a bit. The kitchen is excellent with lots of self catering equipment.

    A self catering apartment, but there was tea/coffee available and even breakfast cereals and a bottle of wine. Carole clearly takes great pride in offering a spotlessly clean apartment and ensuring you have a comfortable stay. Excellent use of the space available and ideal for a couple.

    Everything! I would like more places like this - uncomplicated check in, a small apartment (studio) with everything necessary for a short stay, tea, coffee, milk and first morning's breakfast of fruit, cereal and yogurt.
