Self catering semi detached, fully equipped home provided us a beautiful spot to rest after a day’s exploring/hikes. Kitchen was complete and we easily warmed up or cooked our meals- which we preferred rather than trying to find a place to eat or park in town. The home is located in Staffin, about 20 mins drive from Portree- we loved the privacy, the views of the seating areas, the options to eat outside or inside. Absolutely completed our stay. In terms of attractions, we didn’t realise Skye was such a large island. But there are many many places to explore in the North End: Old Man Storr is a 10 minute drive, the Quirang is your backyard (15 min drive to parking), brother’s point is a 10 minute walk. Apart from that, all other spots require a drive- 1 hour to fairy pools or Uig, 90 mins to Dunvegan… The photos don’t do this place justice! The property itself is lovely, proving ocean views on end and mountains on the other.

Lealt Falls Apartment overall was amazing! A little tricky with the lock because we weren't familiar with the mechanism, but owner advised right away and we got into the apartment. It's facing stunning views and abt 10 mins drive to town. We like that it's secluded and serene. Very close to old man of storr and the lealt falls. The apartment is spacious enough with great amenities. Very clean as well. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. We will def be back!

We travelled as a couple. Great views and walks near, clean, warm, tidy, outside parking. powerful shower, toiletries, comfy bed, large bath sheets, lots of snacks, tea, coffee, sugar, milk & cleaning equipment. Good oven, hob & electrical items. We did however take our air fryer too. We did our food shopping on way. Very grateful for the cereal, wine & biscuits, much appreciated after our long drive to property. Great base to visit Portree, kilt Rock etc. Hoped to see Aurora, too much cloud... maybe next time. we would definitely recommend & hope to visit again. Lovely host.
