The amenities were outstanding at this property as the train station was a 5 minute walk in one direction and a plethora of shops, bars and takeaways were only 5 minutes in the other direction. A major supermarket was only 10 minutes walk for all essentials. The town centre and all attractions were a 15 minute stroll making it a perfect stay for all holidaymakers over 21. Everything was laid on for us on our arrival, fresh clean towels and bedlinen, a complimentary selection of coffee's and toiletries. The location was extremely close to amenities but there was no noise pollution allowing for a quiet, restful vacation in a 5* accommodation setting. The management team were on hand daily to offer any assistance required and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Mark was the perfect host who sourced a wheelchair ramp from the local shopmobility in order to make getting my wife in and out of our self catering unit a snip at a very reasonable cost for the week.

Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Very family friendly and Rose was very kind. She left us a goodie basket upon arrival and some milk in the fridge so we could have a nice cup of tea!

The comfort, decor and general set up was excellent. Everything you could want was there, full kitchen, comfy lounge, great bed and easily accessible shower. The owner Sharon was very friendly and had left a basket of goodies including chocolates, cereal and nibbles. Very much appreciated.

The breakfast was excellent with individually cooked hot meals. We had a flat tyre in our rental car on the way from Bath to Stratford-upon-Avon. We ended up arriving quite late in the evening at Avonpark House. The owner was very helpful and understanding.
