Park Mziuri is quite close (20 mins walking) and Vake district with a lot of nice and cozy cafes. Giorgi is great owner, he explained everything, was online all the time, asked all the questions we had. Kitchen is fully equipped, bed is comfortable, temperature is regulated with gas, so it was warm in the flat. I really like this place. P.s free parking is on Petriashvili turne (not a street) close to the house.

Also every facility was very close to the apartment. You feel like being at home!! I would stronlgy recommend this place if you are thinking about visiting Tbilisi.

The apartment - Studio flat - was a good size, clean, compact with a fridge, working Aircon, and the shower was excellent. When I arrived there was no kettle or rubbish bin but Tea - the owner/hosted- sorted that out very quickly. She even let me do a load of laundry. Gvanca, Manana and Vardo did their best to make my stay in their lovely studio apartment (nicely decorated by Manana) pleasant and smooth.They have always been willing to help me and thanks to them, I have spent a great time in amazing Tbilissi. You go out from the building directly to Freedom Square, where there's everything on a walking distance - grocery shops and shopping mall, touristic and other needed destinations, transport and metro etc. Walk to old town in a minutes too. The owners where very nice - they live next door, and managed to be present whenever needed, but also not disturbing at all. The studio is a small cozy apartment newly furnished so it feels fresh!
