The interior of apt is very luxurious, modern and clean. The exterior has huge balconies with amazing views of the sea and mountains. It is very bright and has positive vibes. The furniture, kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are brand new and well equipped. The owner was very quick and helpful in answering any questions and making sure we were happy & comfortable. The instructions we were given to check in and the info about the apartment were very helpful. Location was convenient in that it was close to sea by walking and to cafes, shops etc by short car ride. Most importantly, I want to mention that the owner allowed us a very late checkout at no additional cost after we had an unexpected flight cancellation. This was very kind and helpful for us. We are grateful to Mr Panos, the owner of this recently built new apt, who went out of his way to make our stay a memorable one. We will be back, and we will surely recommend your apartment. A beautiful appartement with everything you need, with a nice garden and superb view. It was very clean and everything was well thought of with such attention to detail. The beds (including sofa bed) were very comfy. Clearly this place is handled with care and pride of hosting well. There was also quite a bit of supply and food waiting for us (not just the usual bare essentials), which was a pleasant surprise and made us feel welcomed. The host was very kind and helpful. We really loved everything about this place.

Cupboards were fully stocked with food and drink which the host said to help ourselves to. Easy walk to the beach. Mini market 5 mins walk. Some flyers for great delivery food in the apartment (You need a Greek phone number to order). Basically it felt like we rented a pre-stocked home rather than a holiday apartment. Also the host is very helpful via Whatsapp.

Stephanie is an excellent host who knows exactly how to balance being available without being intrusive. The apartment is brand new fully renoed to a high standard with nice finishes and appliances. Must stay if in Porto Rafti area.

Comfortable bed and everything you need for one night. Table for breafast. Very friendly and welcoming owner who is happy to talk to you and give recommendations for a night out.

Lovely big flat screen TV and a coffee machine too! Extra quilt and good air-conditioning system. Hot water- just turn the boiler switch on for 20 minutes.
