I really enjoyed my one week stay at the Rosalia Studio! It is the perfect getaway for one. The location was exactly right for what I needed and is close to the charming town center, too. The landlady is delightful and really gives a lot of thought to how to make her guests feel welcome and comfortable. I was happily surprised to see a washing machine in the bathroom as it wasn’t in the description. The wi-fi worked well and I also enjoyed the many plug-in outlets and well thought through lighting features like being able to turn off the main lights and the bedside lights right from the bed. The problem of the light coming through the front door window, mentioned in another review, has been sorted with a rolling blind and I got caught up on some much needed sleep while there. My absolute favorite feature? The spacious balcony with flowers, sitting areas, sun chairs and its view to the sea!

The owner was extremely kind when we had to phone him because we were totally discombobulated after arriving after dark. He had his dad come to meet and guide us to the home. This was an exceptional example of Greek hospitality and much appreciated. After befriending the elder gentleman, he actually gave a personally guided tour of his hometown and bacame a friend of our family. He lives two doors away in this small family-owned (and expanding) block of beautifully crafted homes located on land long owned by the family. This is genuine Greekness. Beautiful.

The studio is a short walk from the central square. Our host Lambrini was just wonderful - thank you for making our stay so comfortable and for treating us with a bottle of wine. We will certainly be back!

We felt so grateful to just be there and watch the sunset. The apartment itself is made and decorated with love and also very nice. The beautiful little village close by made our stay almost perfekt.
